Our Experience
Automated Quality Assurance (AQA) improves consistency, reduces human error and speeds up inspection processes, thereby reducing costs. Using a fast follower approach, Motius learned from Automotive and Electronics industries and applied AQA to Heavy Machinery several times already.
We address automated quality assurance in different industries, but particularly heavy machinery. Our solutions cover welding, clinching, tack welding & burnishing, addressing market trends and problems that customers are facing through commoditization and fast-follower approaches with sensors coming from automotive applications.
